Repair in a removable Khrushchev

The girl - a novice designer - did this repair with her own hands. The oil paint on the walls had to be covered with sand concrete, and then putty, as the old coating was removed with difficulty. The backsplash tile is painted with durable alkyd paint.

Instead of wall cabinets, roof rails and an open shelf made of furniture board were used. Mini fridge and microwave fitted into the wooden shelving. The window between the kitchen and the bathroom was left untouched to allow natural light to enter the bathroom. Conventional lamps serve as illumination of the working surface.

Pistachio cuisine

In this project, the old kitchen set was added to the new setting, but the apron was replaced: instead of mosaics, bright tiles were used, in harmony with the new color of the walls. A round mirror was disguised as a mosaic above the table, which began to look out of place. Added moldings.

The glass rectangular table was replaced with a round one to smooth corners and free up space. The microwave was moved down to reveal a view from the window. They replaced the stove and hung the shelf over the apron, and hid the small refrigerator under the hob.

Scandinavian cuisine

The apartment with high ceilings was bought by a young couple from an old foundation. The design was created independently, in accordance with the favorite style of the new owners.

During the renovation, both furniture and decoration were replaced. The walls were painted white so that the cream facades would seem to dissolve in space, reflecting light and not overloading the kitchen. The hob, oven and chairs with graphite-colored velvet upholstery served as contrasts. Mustard yellow accents added brightness. All horizontal surfaces have a wood texture, including the window sill.

Kitchen for a connoisseur of painting

This 7 sq m kitchen is located in a studio apartment. Previously, it was an unremarkable "grandmother's version".

The new owner - a young girl - loves avant-garde painting, which served as the motive for choosing an apron. The rest of the space is less active: a white set, an artificial stone countertop and walls became the backdrop for contrasting elements.

The peculiarity of the interior is the dining table, which is a continuation of the window sill. Only 3 people can sit behind it, but it is as practical as possible, as it saves space.

From a pink kitchen to a stylish dining room

The owner of this kitchen does not cook very often, but loves to receive guests. Thanks to the addition of a room, the kitchen has become much more spacious. It contains a dining table with chairs, as well as a living room. The trim, pipes and sink have been completely replaced. The previous headset was old, instead of it we used IKEA modules with custom-made facades. The apron and the countertop were tiled with the same tiles.

The main feature of the kitchen is the emerald painted wall.It gives the room a visual depth and matches perfectly with furniture in woody tones.

Another example of expanding space at the expense of a room. Since the kitchen is gasified, a sliding partition with doors from the wardrobe is provided between the rooms.

A storage boiler is located under the very ceiling, and a low refrigerator is located below. The structure is masked by the facade, so it looks solid. The sink was installed near the window, since the battery was already missing when buying an apartment. Instead, a heating pipe passed, which was painted in the color of the wall: this made it possible not to build a massive box.

Lighting in the kitchen was organized with the help of spotlights, since the ceiling in the Khrushchev is only 2.5 m. The TV on the bracket can be turned both towards the kitchen and towards the living room.

Bar kitchen

The owner of this apartment has an incredibly cozy kitchen-living room. Discreet natural colors are used, the refrigerator is built into a set with a wood texture. There is not a lot of cooking space, but the window sill serves as additional space. The hob consists of two cooking zones, which also saves valuable floor space.

Instead of a dining table, there is a bar counter that zones the room. The solid wood table top is treated with a protective oil, it is beautiful and pleasant to the touch. The battery is spray-painted in the color of the wall: thanks to this, there was no need to install a protective screen that "eats up" the space.

Loft plus minimalism

In the "before" photo you can see that the kitchen occupies a part of the living room and cannot boast of its dimensions. The facades in the new kitchen do not have handles, and are slightly lighter in color than the gray walls, so the kitchen looks stylish and laconic. The walls are covered with quality paint, including a washable apron.

The brickwork is real, it gives the interior texture. Also, the industrial style can be traced through the use of wood: the window sills and table top are made of thermally treated birch and varnished. A concrete beam was left under the ceiling: it was cleaned and also varnished.

Kitchen-dining room in a studio apartment

This interior belongs to a middle-aged couple who dreamed of a bright dining room. The elongated room was zoned with different floor coverings: tiles and solid boards. The kitchen furniture was lined up with the letter "G" and all the necessary equipment was entered.

Thanks to the lilac apron, which distracts from the massive headset, the kitchen-dining room is stylish and cheerful.

New kitchen with a green accent

The owners of the apartment are lovers of travel, and they tried to reflect their hobby in the interior. The old kitchen was not very attractive, so it was completely dismantled and attached to the living room.

Tiles with ethnic ornaments were used as an apron. Its shade harmoniously echoes the color of the dining table, beige walls and rug. Kitchen set, in the latest fashion, two-tone.

The furnishings turned out to be modern, but with bright details that give it a unique identity.

These stories prove that even a small kitchen area is not an obstacle to creating a comfortable, beautiful and cozy space.
