Design project of a 2-room apartment 60 sq. m.

In accordance with this task, warm, soft chocolate tones were chosen for the design of the apartment. Both furniture and finishing materials were chosen in these shades, resulting in a calm, harmonious interior.

Layout of a 2-room apartment

Since there were two zones in a 2-room apartment, the extra walls, for example, the partition between the kitchen and the living room, were removed - this made it possible to get the widest possible open space. The ceiling beams remaining during dismantling were deliberately lightened with paint - this gave the ceiling volume.

Furniture

In the design project of the 2-room apartment, special attention was paid to the selection of furniture. A high-quality Italian dining group gives the living room elegance, a sofa, a bed, shelves of laconic forms do not clutter up the area of ​​the apartment and give solidity to the interior.

Kitchen-living room

In the design project of the apartment, the living room is combined with the kitchen. There are actually three separate areas in the room: for cooking, for dining and receiving guests, and for relaxation. It is worth paying attention to some design techniques for project design:

• A built-in storage system is located at the entrance to the room.
• The sofa and armchair emphasize the main idea of ​​the design project - a combination of chocolate colors.
• The rack occupies the entire wall and not only allows you to keep the necessary things in order, but also is a decorative accent of this room.
• Several swivel lamps were fixed on the ceiling beam above the sofa, thus organizing the illumination of the resting corner and its visual highlight.
• The design project of a 2-room apartment provides for a large number of storage places. So, the part of the room set aside for the kitchen was equipped with a large number of floor and wall cabinets. There is a storage space for the library in the living room.
• The lamps above the dining group and above the extended window sill in the kitchen part of the apartment have the same design, which helps to visually unite the space.
• The windows are decorated in such a way as not to obscure the magnificent view that opens from them.

Bedroom

According to the design project of a 2-room apartment, the bedroom is a private space, and should be conducive to serene rest and complete relaxation. The suspended ceiling with LED lighting seemed to be lifted upwards and greatly facilitated the visual perception of the room.

The white wall at the head of the bed contrasts well with the wall opposite the milk chocolate tone, while the dark chocolate flooring completes the color composition.

The wall near the chest of drawers has an unusual texture - it is covered with decorative "suede" plaster.

The iconic designer chair is exceptionally comfortable and has an independent value as a decorative item. Slightly "frivolous" lighting fixtures - a chandelier and a pair of sconces by the bed - give the bedroom a feminine and playful touch. The small storage system has open shelves that comfortably accommodate books.

Bathroom

The design project of this room, kept in basic colors, is striking in its simplicity and elegance.The freestanding bathroom gives a special highlight. White plumbing on the background of a dark chocolate bar looks especially impressive.

In the design project, niches covered with frosted glass act as a storage system. To prevent the small bathroom from looking cluttered, we chose hanging plumbing, and put a pot with live plants to refresh the interior.
