Delivery terms in Leroy Merlin depend on the delivery area, the selected tariff, additional services and the weight of the goods in the order, no free shipping.
The cheapest delivery at the store Petrovich on the action "After 20:00". The minimum order amount is 2000 rubles, the maximum total weight of goods is 100 kg, the maximum length is 3 meters. Shipping costs for other tariffs are easy to calculate on the website.
Return
IN OBI good quality goods can be returned within a year or three years if you are a member of OBI Club Bonus or Novosel. The hypermarket will refund the money if the presentation is preserved, and you provide a document confirming the purchase.
Leroy Merlin allows you to return the product within 100 days from the date of purchase. If you are the owner of a service card, then the term is significantly increased to one year. To get the money back, you need to present a receipt, goods in original packaging and passport / license.
IN Petrovich Return of goods of good quality is carried out by check within 360 days from the date of purchase.At the same time, it is important that it is not in use, and that its commercial and consumer properties are preserved. Seals and factory labels must not be broken.
Loyalty programs and bonuses
OBI provides a 5% discount on all hypermarket products to holders of a VIP card, as well as a Novosel card. With the "OBI Bonus" card, you can accumulate bonuses and pay them up to 50% of the purchase price.
