The author of the project, Albert Baghdasaryan, was able to rationally dispose of a small area in order to create conditions for comfortable living in an ordinary one-room apartment. The result of the work done is its transformation into a full-fledged housing, with areas for rest and work, for cooking and dining.
Living area
A remarkable component of the interior of a one-room apartment is a cube in wood, which stands out against the white background of the walls and ceiling. Inside it is a bathroom and a hallway closet, and the front side of the cube is the visual center of the room with a protruding shelf for decor and a TV panel with acoustics. Attention is drawn to the unusual decor in the form of a part of a graceful female figure.
The wall opposite the cube is filled with a combination of cabinets and open book shelves. A sofa with a strict geometry was placed between the cabinets, and a low coffee table with a glossy surface was placed in the center. The image of the city at night gives a complete look.
There is a workplace near the window of the living area, the tabletop of which is fixed to the wall and wardrobe. Roman blinds make it possible to regulate the amount of light during the day. Built-in ceiling lights and a circular shade are used for evening lighting.
Kitchen and dining area
A compact white headset in minimalism style looks stylish thanks to chrome inserts. Some of the lower cabinets are installed under the window, so there is enough space in the kitchen to store everything you need.
A window sill is a place for decorating live greenery. The space between the windows is occupied by a dining area with a dining table, accentuated by a suspension with a voluminous lampshade. A contrasting photo in a frame harmoniously complements this part of the interior.
Hallway
The design of the hallway in a one-room Khrushchev apartment is simple, corresponding to the preferences of men, and a built-in wardrobe serves for storing things.
Bathroom
The walls are decorated with small-format mosaic tiles in shades of blue. The whiteness of the plumbing, floor and ceiling is complemented by shiny metal details.
