general information
The area of the Moscow apartment is 52 sq. m. Decorator Olga Zaretskikh arranged it for herself and her husband, so the interior turned out to be homey and at the same time refined. The colors used in the decoration have been chosen as standard: the light walls contrast with the dark parquet floor. This is a universal combination that is relevant at all times.
Layout
To make the living of two people in the apartment more comfortable, they got rid of the passage to the kitchen from the corridor in favor of an increase in the bathroom. The kitchen was combined with the living room: the room became spacious and comfortable. Thanks to doors with glass elements, natural light from the kitchen and the room began to flow into the hallway.
Kitchen
The walls of the kitchen are painted in a light turquoise shade, which gives the environment a fresh look. For the apron, a hog tile was used to match the furniture. A corner kitchen set rises almost to the ceiling and allows you to place everything you need, and glass doors give the furniture lightness and airiness. The dining group consists of a round table and elegant chairs with curved backs. The combination of exquisite shapes with antique elements (retro plate, scales), as well as floral ornaments makes the classic interior more comfortable.
Finished with Benjamin Moore paint. Villeroy & Boch sink, Cezares taps.
Living room
The lounge and reception room is separated from the corridor and the kitchen by translucent doors - this allows you to visually expand the premises. The sofa is located in a niche of two open shelving. On the shelves are books and things that are dear to the heart: the Zinger sewing machine can be called an inherited relic.
The main furniture has been collected and brought from different places: from a summer cottage or from a previous apartment, but the design looks solid due to the unifying elements of the decor, as well as chairs and shelves from IKEA, bought specially. The doors were purchased from the Bryansk Les company, the sofa - in the Roy Bosh showroom. Curtains - at Arte Domo, carpet - at IKEA.
Bedroom
Compared to the entire apartment, the bedroom looks more modern due to the color scheme. Light green wallpaper with ornaments was chosen for the walls, and bright curtains frame the bay window. The headboard is adorned with an exotic decorative hat - in Cameroon it is an amulet symbolizing luxury, wealth and power. Instead of a wardrobe, the owner of the apartment arranged a dressing room in the room.
The bed was bought from Consul, the chair from Otto Stelle, the chest of drawers from IDC Collection. The textiles were purchased from IKEA.
Thanks to the thoughtfulness of storage systems and the good taste of the owners, the interior of the small kopeck piece has become comfortable and harmonious.
