They did not close the ceiling, but left it concrete, removing the wiring in copper boxes - a stylish and modern solution. The walls were tiled with tiles imitating brickwork. The imitation is so precise that it feels like the walls are finished with decorative bricks.
The only room in the apartment was divided into two functional areas - a bedroom and a living room. For zoning, a glass partition is used - this solution avoids the feeling of cramped and "constricted" space.
The interior is decorated in gray-beige tones, and green acts as an accent color. It is found in the decoration of the kitchen, and in the furnishings of the balcony, and in the bathroom: small bright green tiles, which lined the “wet” area, separate the bath from the toilet. Additionally, the bathtub is fenced off from the rest of the bathroom space by a glass partition.
The designers turned the fire escape on the loggia into a modern open rack where you can store things or arrange flower pots.
