general information
The apartment for rent is located in Moscow. The ceiling height is 3 m. The chosen style is modern, but includes elements of a loft, as it is easy to implement and does not require any special costs. The most budget materials were used for decoration - paint, matte stretch ceiling, laminate and porcelain stoneware. At the same time, the interior in gray-blue tones looks stylish and laconic.
Layout
The rectangular apartment consists of one room and a bathroom. Opposite the entrance is the bathroom door. A small corridor leads to the kitchen area, which flows smoothly into the living space. The room is divided by a wooden podiumthat performs several functions at once.
Kitchen area
The cooking area is inside a metal frame decorated with racks... The kitchen includes a compact IKEA headset in white, a small refrigerator, a microwave oven and a two-burner hob. The freestanding cabinet can be used both as a cooking area and as a small bar counter. The dining group with Scandinavian-style furniture is located separately.
Living room-bedroom
The main feature of the living area is a podium with a height of 63 cm. The solid wood structure is custom-made and varnished. The podium includes two tiers: in the lower one there is an additional sleeping place - a pull-out bed, and in the upper one there are storage boxes.
The height of the ceiling made it possible to create two levels, zoning the space without compromising on the small area. A sofa and a TV area were placed on the podium. The wide window sill can be used as an additional seat. A bright wardrobe was placed between the podium and the kitchen. Almost all furniture stands on thin legs - this technique allows you to visually lighten the space.
Bathroom
A shower stall was installed in the bathtub, combined with a toilet, and a washing machine with a sink built into the countertop was installed in the niche. The walls are clad in gray porcelain stoneware - bright tiles in a small room would look intrusive.
Despite its size, the designers managed to divide the studio apartment into several zones, which allow you to comfortably live in a small area - here you can study, relax, cook and even receive guests.
