Apartment design project 48 sq. m.

The redevelopment was not foreseen by the project, but the main requirement of the customer - the creation of an elegant living room combined with the kitchen - was fulfilled by the designers, despite the fact that they had to work on a small area.

Furniture

Since the area of ​​the apartment is small, it was decided to make furniture for it according to the sketches of designers in order to save space. Only a few items were purchased in stores: some at IKEA, some at BoConcept.

Shine

The main feature of the design of the apartment is 48 sq. m. is a play of textures, and in order to achieve the maximum effect from this technique, a special lighting scheme was created.

It includes, in addition to the main light sources that evenly fill the space, and separate lamps that create a "painting" light, which allows you to emphasize the volume, highlight individual zones, achieve beautiful highlights due to the play of light on different textures. Several different lighting scenarios are possible in each zone, depending on specific tasks.

Style

The project of a 2-room apartment was developed taking into account all the wishes of the hostess - a young girl. A simple minimalist interior with elements of Scandinavian and modern styles is based on white. Its use allows you to visually make the room more spacious, and, in addition, white is an excellent background for decorative elements and bright color accents.

Black and white classics are complemented by warm shades of wood and various tones of beige in the decoration of the walls and floors. The use of beige colors in the design of an apartment of 48 sq. m. made it more comfortable and romantic. And white made it possible to emphasize the play of various textures, which was given special attention: the matte surface of the walls, the gloss of the doors, the brick texture of the walls, an elegant grille covering the battery - all this creates an impressive play of contrasts, especially with proper lighting.

The bedroom has a special place in the apartment. Unlike other rooms, the mood here is not set by white, which, however, is sufficient, but by a different color. In the photo in the project of a 2-room apartment, the wall at the head of the bed is painted deep purple. This is a very calm and at the same time mysterious shade, immersing in the vastness of the Cosmos and actively highlighting decorative elements against its background.

Decor

The decor logically complements the basic concept of the interior. It is simple, expressive, nothing superfluous - and at the same time, a certain mood is created.

Bedroom

In the photo in the project of a 2-room apartment, a magical forest above the head of the bed pushes the walls apart and adds depth, the graphic works in the living room echo with roller blinds and build a classic black and white composition, an old gallery painted on one of the walls of the hallway, reflected in the mirrors of the cabinet facades , becomes convex, voluminous, and looks like a narrow street of a medieval city. Textile décor elements add a warm touch and a cozy atmosphere.
