The project of a small Khrushchevka 28 sq. Was created several years ago, but surprisingly - the interior of this apartment has not lost its relevance yet! How did the history of this repair begin and how did it end? The customer turned to the designer Elzbieta Chegarova for a project for her elderly parents.

In a Moscow apartment with small kitchen, a long corridor and a rectangular room had to fit two berths and enough storage cupboards.

The designer named her project "Blueberry Pie", and the client herself took care of its implementation (repairing and buying furniture).

Layout

Elжbieta made good use of the corridor space by building in two cupboards on the side of the hallway and a refrigerator on the side of the kitchen. Toilet and bathroom were combined into one combined bathroom. The living room and kitchen could not be combined due to the gas equipment, but the designer found a way out using a sliding door.

The bright entrance area with open hangers and shelves above them is laconic and airy. Narrow shoe rack from Ikea does not take up much space in width and serves as a console for small things. There are boxes for hats on the shelves - this makes the furnishings look much neater. Walls in hallway faced with clapboard and painted with Tikkurila, color H353. The storage area is separated by a curtain.

The kitchen area is only 4 square meters. The apron is decorated with Spanish tiles Vives with ornaments reminiscent of old tiles.

The kitchen set almost exactly repeats the visualization: every centimeter is used as functionally as possible.

From microwave ovens, the place for which was not found, the owners decided to refuse. The wall next to the sink was protected by a tempered glass screen.

The interior of the living room before the renovation was dilapidated and ill-considered:

Now it combines several functions at once and serves as a living room, bedroom and cabinet... The sofa is folding, therefore it acts as a berth. It is located in a niche of wardrobes: two wardrobes on the sides and two hinged ones between them. This design creates coziness and serves as a storage place for many things. All furniture was bought in Ikea.

The design of the living room almost completely repeats the visualization of the project, especially the owners reproduced the mini-cabinet and the TV area with great accuracy. In the far corner of the room, the owners of the apartment put an ordinary ottoman, but if desired, it can be replaced with a sofa with drawers - then storage space will become more.

The space of the apartment is united by a common color scheme. All furniture is light, roomy and multifunctional. Thanks to a well-thought-out project and successful implementation, the 28-meter Khrushchev has become a wonderful place for a comfortable and happy life.

Why did they make a hole in the wall of the room and through it a passage to the kitchen? Ugly and irrational. With grocery bags, too, will you lug around the blue living room? And the plumbers to drive? No, the kitchen should have its own separate entrance, Soviet engineers planned with education and sanpin, and alterations from designers were dreamers.

Once I witnessed how the wall cabinets collapsed in the kitchen. The first thought when I saw the same thing over the sofa was horror, I would never have sat on such a sofa. And if it collapses on a child? You can say as much as you like that there are hand-made creatures that are not able to hang a cabinet, but all the same - categorically not. Another sharp rejection of the pseudo-village curtain in the hallway and some cool feeling from the general blue range (for an amateur). For the rest - well done.

Attention everyone! Before demolishing the partitions, check if they are load-bearing in your house ?! Otherwise, the top plates will collapse on you! In a brick Khrushchev, this can probably be done, but in a panel room it is forbidden!

A bulky "chimney" hood in a tiny kitchen above the stove is not at all rational, and a 4-burner stove is an excessive luxury in a 4-meter kitchen. Not to mention the raised ceilings of 4 sq. m. The washing machine could easily stand under the sink in the bathroom, and make the shower room more spacious - in these cases, you can only beat your elbows. The two doorways in a single room are also far from space-efficient. Pontov more than real convenience.

I would remove only the upper cupboards above the sofa, otherwise it is quite a residential option. And in the photo of the real renovation, the curtain covering the sleeping place is not visible, and it is not at all superfluous there, and for decorativeness and designation of the sleeping area, and cover the bed from guests. The curtain in the hallway is also in the theme, such a cute retro.

A very cold blue range. And the painted walls are actually Phi. I have the same painted walls at work in the laboratory. White tiles with white grout are beautiful only in the picture, but in life they merge into one spot and depress. In general, we overdid it with the white monochromatic. But this is still better than if they would have done a gray interior.In addition, to make the pictures look good, they were highlighted in Photoshop. Compare with a real photo of the old room interior. In reality, the room will not be much brighter, because left one lamp on the ceiling.

A fresh renovation is always more pleasant, pastel colors are also pleasing and expands the space. Of the pluses, there is also ~ vertical space is involved, the only room is very multifunctional and even accommodated two sleeping places! Of the minuses: very poor lighting, clearly insufficient, motley patchwork tiles in the kitchen make the kitchen dirty and cramped and, oh gods! rustic curtains in the hallway and in the kitchen all the repairs are crossed out and sent back to the times of the Sovdep !!!!
